ResolvedPayPal massively winds down accounts, is everyone's paypal ok?

Currently, this risk control involves PayPal accounts in several countries. It is not yet clear what triggers the risk control. To unblock the account, you will need: identity documents, proof of address, etc.

What's everyone's situation, any DPs with successful test unblocking from the big boys?
