ResolvedAmex application status keeps reporting an error, is it being pulled?

It used to work fine, but suddenly one day it started reporting errors. I changed my address to a private address and it still keeps reporting errors, is this being blackmailed by Amex?

Is there any way to undo it?

Not being able to check status is really inconvenient and all applications require a phone call.
