Step 1: Account Registration

Choose your country of residence, domestic users are recommended to choose China (China), overseas users can decide according to their own situation, overseas addresses may require additional proof of address.

Verify and bind your cell phone number, it is recommended to choose a commonly used number, you can also choose a cell phone number from a non-registered area.

Create a login password to complete the account registration steps.

Step 2: Fill in your personal information

The following figure: here the legal name is strongly recommended to fill in the letters of the full spelling, rather than the Chinese name. (International remittances are generally in English)

• Legal name and middle name, e.g., Liu Xiaoyi is filled in as XIAOER
• For legal name, fill in LIU

Domestic users are recommended to fill in directly according to the address on the ID card, so as to avoid unnecessary trouble, such as the address is not the same as may be required to provide proof of address.

Step 3: Select Overseas Account

Select Hold Funds or Receive Funds here to get overseas account details.

Click Continue and select the currency we need.

As shown in the picture below, choose the overseas account you need according to your own needs. You can add other currencies at a later stage.

To confirm your contact information and method, simply click Yes, confirm.

Step 4: Real Name Verification

As shown below, here you need to use your cell phone to verify your real name, you need to prepare your ID card and take a picture of the account holder's face.

The real-name verification process is shown below: select China for the country of document issuance and select National ID (i.e., identity card) for the type of document.

Friendly reminder: The legal name here must be the full alphabetical spelling, not the Chinese name.

After shooting and uploading the front and back of the ID card, you will enter the face recognition process, and the verification will be completed after the operation.

Step 5: Complete Account Opening

As shown below, select the purpose of your funds and the range of annual remittance amounts, respectively.

Additional information is required to open an account in US dollars. This is shown in the figure below:

• If you have an SSN or ITIN, select the first item to enter your SSN/ITIN to get a personal IBAN and interest on your account balance
• If you don't have an SSN or ITIN, simply select the second option. USD account is available (no personal IBAN)
